Can the robot be used during the cold winter?
We do not recommend mowing frost-covered lawns in winter to avoid damaging the lawn. Moreover, to ensure battery life, the battery may not be charged if the temperature is below 6°C. So it is recommended to use the robot in environmental temperatures above 6°C.
Do I need to bring both the robot and the charging station indoors for the winter?
The long-term storage temperature for both the robot and the charging station is -10 to 35°C. However, to extend battery life, it is recommended to turn them off, disconnect the power, and store in a dry and cool place with a temperature of 0 to 25°C when the robot is not in use.
Will long-term exposure to the sun outdoors affect the robot?
Long-term exposure to the sun outdoors may result in a reduced lifespan of the robot. It is recommended to purchase a MOVA roboticmower garage for use.
If I will not be using the robot for a period of time, can I leave it on the charging station to charge continuously?
If you're not using the robot for more than a week, it is recommended to disconnect it from power to protect the battery. For long-term storage, please fully charge the robot, then turn it off and store it; and recharge it every six months to prevent excessive battery discharge from causing damage.
