Issue Description
If abnormal noise is heard during robot cleaning, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting
Scenario 1: Unusual sound during operation
Please remove the side brush, main brush cover, main brush, and mop pad holder at the bottom of the robot, then start cleaning and observe the noise condition.
If the working sound returns to normal:
Check side brush
Install the side brush first and start the robot.
If abnormal noise occurs during operation, check whether the side brush is deformed or entangled.Check main brush cover
If the side brush works normally after installation, the rubber strip of the main brush cover may be rubbing against the floor.
Continue using the robot several times and observe the condition.Check main brush
If abnormal noise occurs after installing the main brush, remove it and check whether both ends are entangled.
When reinstalling the cover, ensure all four sides are properly installed.
Scenario 2: Noise does not return to normal after removal
Check drive wheel
Power off the robot, press down both sides of the drive wheel and slide it to check whether it rotates and rebounds properly. Clean if necessary.
Check universal wheel
Rotate the universal wheel to check whether it moves smoothly. Clean if needed.
Check filter element
If the filter has been washed with water, ensure it is completely dry before use.
An undried filter may cause abnormal noise during operation.
