Issue Description
If an abnormal water level is detected in the cleaning disk, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.
This article applies for robot vacuum P50 series/E30 /E40/V50/Z60 series/Mobius 60/S70 series.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check the cleaning plate
Please remove the cleaning plate and check whether the dirty water outlet is clogged. Clean it if necessary.
Step 2. Inspect the dirty water tank sealing ring
Before reinstalling the dirty water tank, check whether the sealing ring is not displaced, lifted, or damaged. If needed, reset it manually and clean it with a cloth.
Step 3. Secure the dirty water tank clips
After emptying the dirty water tank, ensure that the clips are securely fastened.
Step 4. Reinstall the dirty water tank
After placing the dirty water tank back into the docking station, gently press it down to ensure it is properly secured.
Step 5. Check base station sealing rings
Check the two sealing rings inside the base station to ensure they are properly in place and not damaged.
