Issue Description
If a LiDAR error occurs on the robot, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
This article applies to all models.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Clean the LiDAR
Check whether the top and housing of the LiDAR are clean.
Wipe the LiDAR surface with a clean soft cloth to ensure there is no dust, water stains, or debris.
Step 2. Avoid environmental interference
Avoid interference from strong light or highly reflective environments.
The robot may operate abnormally under direct sunlight or on highly reflective surfaces (such as glass or mirror floors). Please test in a normal lighting environment.
Step 3. Restart the robot
Turn off the robot power supply, restart the device, and check whether the LiDAR returns to normal.
Step 4. Reset the robot
If the issue is still not resolved, try resetting the robot and rebuilding the map, then observe whether the LiDAR issue is resolved.
If the Issue Persists
If the problem continues after completing the above steps, please contact after-sales support for further assistance.
