Does the robot support 4G connectivity

The 4G Link Module provides you with 4G Link Service. After powering on, your 4G Link service will be automatically activated, ensuring real-time connectivity between the app and the robot even without Wi-Fi, enabling remote control.
MOVA offers varying durations of free service for different models, which you can find in the manual.
For example, the MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000/1600/2000/3000 AWD series robots come with a built-in 4G eSIM card. Once powered on, the 4G Link service will be automatically activated, ensuring real-time connectivity between the app and the robot even without Wi-Fi, enabling remote control.
Does the robot have a built-in GPS?
Some models of the robot come with a built-in Link Module; you can refer to the manual for details. The Link Module includes a built-in GPS module that can locate the robot.
How do I install the remote control module (Link module)?
- Please turn the robot 180° so that the bottom is facing up. Be sure to protect the core sensors before flipping it over.
- Open the battery cover and remove the battery.
- Connect the purchased Link Module to the corresponding wiring in the battery compartment, ensuring that the clips are securely fastened. Place the module at the bottom of the battery compartment.
- Please reinstall the battery and then close the battery cover again.
- Turn the robot back to its normal orientation; the Link Module is successfully installed.
Can the firmware be upgraded using the Link service?
No, firmware upgrades are only supported in a Wi-Fi environment.
Can the real-time video be viewed using the Link service?
No, real-time video can only be viewed in a Wi-Fi environment.
