How Do I Set Up Virtual No-Go Zones for the Robot?

Issue Description

This article explains how to set up virtual no-go zones for the robot using the App.

Methods

Method 1: Create via robot mapping (real-time outline)

Step 1. Start no-go zone creation

• Ensure that your phone is connected to the robot via Bluetooth.

• Remotely control the robot to the edge of the prohibited area and tap "Set Starting Point" in the App.

• Then remotely control the robot to walk around the prohibited area, and the outline will be displayed in real time in the App.

Step 2. Close and confirm the outline

• When the robot returns near the starting point of the prohibited area, tap "Close Outline" in the App.

• You can then select the corresponding type of prohibited area and confirm.

• The no-go zone will be set successfully, and you may continue creating additional zones or finish the process.

Method 2: Manual drawing

• You can manually draw the area in the App to create a no-go zone.

The App only supports drawing or adjusting no-go zones in 2D view.
