Issue Description
If the robot cannot be powered on, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
This articles applies for models: P50 series/E30/E40/V50/Z60 series/Mobius 60/S70 series.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check base station power status
Check whether the white LED indicator on the base station is lit.
- If it is not lit, verify whether the power cable is loose and unplug/re-plug it.
- If the indicator still does not light up, try connecting the base station to another power socket and check again.
- If it still does not light up, the internal power adapter of the base station may be faulty and needs to be sent for repair.
If the white LED indicator is lit, proceed with the following steps.
Step 2. Check charging contacts
Check the charging contacts on both the base station and the robot for foreign objects, oxidation, or dents.
- If there are foreign objects, clean them.
- Use a clean cloth to wipe the charging contacts on the base station and the charging pins on the robot.
- If there are dents, press them repeatedly to check whether they can rebound normally.
Step 3. Ensure proper docking and reset the robot
Manually push the robot onto the charging pins of the base station to ensure proper contact.
Then reset the robot and check whether it can be powered on.
Note: The reset method may vary depending on the model. Please refer to the corresponding instructions for different models (P50 Series / E30 / E40 / Z60 Series / Mobius 60 / S70 Series).
