Issue Description
If the base station cannot collect dust, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Applicable models: P50 Series, E30, E40, V50, Z60 Series, Mobius 60, S70 Series
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check base station front inlet
Open the front panel of the base station, remove the dust bag, and check whether the right inlet of the base station is blocked by foreign matter.
Step 2. Check base station bottom inlet
Check whether the right inlet at the bottom of the base station is blocked by foreign matter.
Step 3. Check robot dust box
Take out the dust box inside the robot and check whether the dust suction port is blocked by foreign matter.
Step 4. Check dust box inlet
Check whether the dust box inlet is blocked by foreign matter.
Step 5. Check roller brush
Check whether any foreign matter is wrapped around the roller brush, causing failure to collect dust into the dust bag. If so, clean it up promptly.
