Overview
To enhance security, you can set a PIN code for the robot. This article explains how to set up and change your PIN.
This article applies for models below:
- MOVA LiDAX Ultra 800/1000/1200/1600/2000,
- MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000/1600/2000/3000 AWD
Setup Steps
Step 1. Power on the robot
Open the protective cover of the control panel.
Press and hold the [Power] button for 2 seconds to turn on the robot.
Step 2. Enter PIN code setting interface
When turning on the robot for the first time, rotate the knob to select the desired language.
Press the knob to confirm. The screen will then enter the PIN code setting interface.
Step 3. Set the PIN code
Rotate the knob to select digits and press the knob to confirm each digit.
To modify the previous digit, turn the knob counterclockwise until the number changes to 0, then continue turning once more.
Step 4. Confirm the PIN code
After entering the PIN code, input it again for confirmation to complete the setup.
Change Methods
If you wish to change your robot's PIN, you can do so using one of the following two methods:
Warm Tips: The PIN code cannot be set to "0000"
Method 1. Change in the APP
Change path: "Settings" > "Change PIN Code".
Method 2. Change on the robot
Change path: in the control panel "Settings" > "Change PIN Code" on the display screen.
What should I do if I've forgotten my PIN code?
Scenario 1. If the robot is currently still paired with the APP, you can select "Change PIN Code" - "Forgot PIN code?" in the APP settings, and follow the prompts in the APP to reset the PIN code.
Scenario 2. If the robot has been unpaired from the APP, please reach out for further assistance.
